Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out the terms of this type of purchase.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect full payment at checkout for all pre-order items.
Due to the manufacturing of our products all pre-ordered item sales are final and are not able to be refunded.
